Thermal House
Sustainability, energy and materials
In this module, kids become designers and engineers and take on a concrete challenge: building a housing model capable of limiting heat loss and improving energy efficiency.
Through different materials, hands-on tests and measuring tools, they observe how heat spreads, is retained or is lost. Every design choice becomes an opportunity to form hypotheses, gather data and improve their model.
