Life Skills in Motion
Training body, mind and relationships.
At Nova we believe learning doesn't happen only through books and screens. The body, movement and experience are also part of how we learn.
That's why some physical and sports activities become concrete opportunities to work on personal and relational skills: facing a difficulty, managing mistakes, persevering, communicating, trusting others and finding your role in the group.
It doesn't matter if you're already sporty. What matters is how you approach a new challenge.
